Special Needs Housing for Ujima Housing Association, London

One of a series of five projects throughout London, where an emphasis on environmental performance and low running cost has been placed upon the design. Each building has been structured in the same way by using conventional pre cast beam and block floors, supported by load bearing blockwork walls. The external walls are of solid dense masonry, giving high thermal mass and good structural performance, with an external skin of acrylic render over insulation.
