The remodelling of an existing 1930's semi-detatched house in a London suburb to create a General Practitioner's surgery.
The primary structural material is a steel frame; both internally to remove some of the existing structural walls, and to frame much of the side extension.
Timber glulam beams were used to add warmth to the projecting roof structure.
Complex layering of the facade creates an interesting corner building on the estate.
