The re-modelling of a jewellers in Bond Street. Our part of the project comprised reconstructing the first floor structure around an existing floor, and the design of a new glass balustrade.

When working on buildings such as this we often find we are carrying out the latest in a series of modifications to the structure. In spite of thorough exploratory works before construction commences there are often surprises; in this case a recent stone cornice which we were removing was found to have been inserted through the full thickness of the facade.
